Technical Assistance for Public Administration
Specialized support for the effective use of EU, national, and regional funds: from project definition to the preparation of calls for proposals and procedures, through to monitoring and reporting.
In brief
Supporting public entities throughout the entire project lifecycle
Sintesi assists public administrations in the effective use of EU, national, and regional funds, guiding them from project definition and the preparation of calls for proposals through to the management of the public tender process. We also support the entity in subsequent phases, including the monitoring and reporting of funded operations.
We also support internal employees through a capacity-building approach, transferring the skills necessary for them to operate independently, even when facing staff shortages.
Our approach
- Defining and structuring the initiative (objectives, operational plan, governance).
- Support for calls for proposals and public tender procedures (documents, process management).
- Technical and administrative monitoring, document review, and reporting.
- Capacity-building support to transfer skills to staff.
- Use of institutional platforms for monitoring and reporting on funds.
