Accredited Training Provider, Comprehensive Training Lifecycle
Sintesi has been an accredited training provider in the Basilicata Region since 2002. We are capable of managing the entire training lifecycle, from analyzing training needs to designing, delivering, monitoring, and reporting on training activities.
Thanks to the team’s management skills, methodological expertise, and a national network of high-profile partners and professionals, Sintesi delivers customized training programs and advanced training courses on business management, organizational change, and the adoption of digital technologies in the context of the 5.0 transition.
For some initiatives, Sintesi has collaborated with leading Italian universities, including, in particular, the Politecnico di Milano and the Politecnico di Bari.

Current initiatives and available programs
The Basilicata Region, with co-financing from the EAFRD, has entrusted Sintesi S.r.l. with the implementation of two training projects reserved for agricultural entrepreneurs and/or their employees and assistants working in the Basilicata Region. Twin Transition and Sustainable Agriculture

Duration: 80 hours
Initiatives funded by the BASILICATA Rural Development Program (RDP) 2014-2022 – Public Call for Proposals (Regional Council Resolution No. 317/2024) – Measure 1 “Knowledge Transfer and Information Activities” – Sub-measure 1.1 “Support for Vocational Training and Skills Acquisition”. Year 2024.
The City of Potenza, as the lead municipality, also coordinates initiatives funded by the Fund for the Social Inclusion of People with Disabilities in collaboration with the relevant Local Social Services: the implementation of the Training Program is entrusted to the company Sintesi S.r.l.
